Black Bean Taquitos

To quickly whip up a stress‑free meal with Mexican flair, Clark’s Chili Lime Burrito‑Style Black Beans are your secret weapon. Already seasoned and coated in a flavourful sauce, they can be added in no time to your tacos, quesadillas, burritos, fried rice, pasta, or stir‑fries!

Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
On the tortillas, divide the beans (without pouring all the sauce) and cheese. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Place the rolled tortillas seam‑side down on a parchment‑lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with canola oil.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
When ready to serve, top the taquitos with tomatoes and drizzle with ranch dressing.

Tip:

Add one cup of finely shredded iceberg lettuce when garnishing the taquitos for extra freshness!
