Chili con carne

A quick and easy chili con carne for a hearty, comforting, and flavour-packed meal. Perfect for those evenings when you need something warm and satisfying!

Ingredients

  • - 1 can of Clark Black beans chili lime burrito style sauce
  • - About 1lb (454 g) lean ground beef
  • - 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • - ½ cup of corn
  • - 1 yellow onion, diced
  • - 1½ cups of canned crushed tomatoes

Preparation

Sauté the onion in a large skillet with a bit of oil. Add the bell pepper and ground beef, cook it until the beef is no longer pink.
Drain if needed.
Add the can of Clark Black beans chili lime burrito style sauce, the corn, and the crushed tomatoes. Let simmer on low heat for a few minutes.

Tip:

For a vegetarian version, simply leave out the ground beef for a delicious Chili sin carne!
