Vermicelli with red beans and Asian style vegetables

Slightly sweet and just mildly spicy, yet flavourful and packed with vegetables, this vegetarian recipe will satisfy even the hungriest appetites!

Preparation

Cook the vermicelli according to the products's cooking instructions.

Sauté the vegetables in a pan until the desired doneness.

Add the contents of the can to the vegetables and let simmer for a few minutes before serving over the vermicelli.

 

Tip:

For non-vegetarians, this dish would also go great with shrimps!
