Gourmet brunch bread

This yummy fine gourmet bread idea is stuffed with fresh ingredients and easy to divide into portions you’ll be happy to share with your guests!

For 4 guests

Cut the end off a baguette. Using a long knife, hollow-out the baguette by removing most of the crumb.

Beat eggs with a touch of milk or cream, then add cooked spinach, chopped green onions, diced red peppers and grated cheese.

Pour the mixture into the hollowed-out bread and bake until the eggs are firm.

Serve with hot Clark Country Style Breakfast Beans.

Serve with a fennel salad with orange supremes and pomegranate arils and olive oil and orange zest dressing.

Tip:
