Brunch bagels

Nothing tastes better than these bread doughnuts, baked in a wood oven and topped with sesame seeds, to brighten up a morning brunch you’ll want to extend!

For 4 guests

First, heat Clark Maple Syrup Beans.

On different plates, arrange smoked salmon, cream cheese, arugula, red onions and the fresh herbs of your choice.

Just before serving, toast the desired number of bagels, then place them on the table on a serving board.

Serve with a bowl of berries, such as raspberries and fresh blueberries, and a light cucumber salad.
