Stove top preparation
Pour the contents into a saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat for four minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove plastic wrap with a knife. Place the container on a microwave-safe plate. Heat for two minutes. Stir. Heat for an extra 90 seconds. Be careful because the container will be hot!
